On Day 1, start your journey from Kathgodam to Nainital (40 km, approx. 1 hr drive), where you can unwind amidst the scenic beauty of lakes and hills. Spend Day 2 exploring Nainital’s popular attractions, like Naini Lake, Snow View Point, and Tiffin Top. On Day 3, drive to Jim Corbett (70 km, approx. 3 hrs), where you can immerse yourself in nature’s tranquility and enjoy a wildlife safari in the famed Corbett National Park. Finally, on Day 4, head back to Kathgodam (60 km, approx. 2 hrs) after a refreshing wildlife experience, completing your beautiful trip through the hills and forest.
Day 1
Kathgodam – Nainital (Drive - 40 km/ 01 hr approx)
Morning pickup from Kathgodam railway station followed by a direct drive to Nainital. Nainital is a charming hill station, sprawled around the Naini Lake. This scenic town has embellished its old wood charm for 145 years. Lake City’s charm is enhanced by amazing views of the mountains from three corners. ). Upon arrival, we will check in, and the evening is free for relaxing. Shopping on Mall Road is one of the things to do and explore the Candle shops, where people from all over the world come to buy colourful & Scented candles.
Day 2
Nainital Sightseeing
After breakfast, today we will explore the Nainital city and spot the attractions like Naina Devi Temple – an ancient Hindu Temple, Hanuman Garhi, followed by boating at the famous Naini Lake. Further will proceed to visit Raj Bhawan or the Governor's house. Later will visit Cave Garden, a group of interconnected caves themed based on different animals. Must visit the place is Naina peak or Cheena Peak, accessible by a trek of 1.5 kms, it is the best place to get a Bird's eye view of the Nainital town, and later, if time allows, proceed to Bhimtal and Naukuchital, an excursion. Return to Nainital for an overnight stay.
Day 3
Nainital – Jim-Corbett (Drive - 70 km/ 03 hr approx)
After breakfast, proceed to drive to Corbett. Upon arrival, check into the resort. Later move toward the sightseeing spots like the Corbett falls, Corbett museum & Garjia Devi Temple. Later embark on the jeep safari at the Jim Corbett National Park. In the national park, you will get a chance to view over 600 varied species of migratory and resident birds, including the blossom-headed parakeet, the crested serpent eagle, the red junglefowl, etc. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4
Jim-Corbett– Kathgodam (Drive - 60 km/ 02 hr approx)
On time departure to Kathgodam to connect for the onward destination.
