The Kedarnath Yatra by Helicopter begins with your arrival in Dehradun, where you’ll check into a hotel and attend a short briefing session about the journey ahead. On the second day, you’ll be transferred to Sahastradhara Helipad early in the morning to board your helicopter to Kedarnath. After a scenic flight over the Himalayas, you’ll land just 500 meters from the sacred Kedarnath Temple. A VIP darshan ensures a peaceful spiritual experience without waiting in long queues. After spending quality time in the temple premises, you’ll return to Dehradun by helicopter the same day, concluding the yatra in comfort, peace, and divine grace — all within just 1–2 days.
Day 1
Arrival & Transfer to Kedarnath Base (Guptkashi / Phata / Sersi)
Your spiritual journey begins with an early morning pickup between 06:00 AM to 07:00 AM from Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun as per your selected pickup point. You will start a scenic drive towards the Kedarnath sector, passing through the breathtaking Himalayan landscape.
En route, enjoy a beautiful mountain journey via Devprayag, Srinagar, and Rudraprayag, where the holy rivers merge and form the divine Ganga. Short stops will be provided for tea breaks and photography to capture the natural beauty of the region.
By 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM, you will arrive at your selected base location (Guptkashi / Phata / Sersi). Upon arrival, complete your hotel check-in and enjoy a relaxing lunch.
In the evening (04:00 PM – 06:00 PM), you will visit the sacred Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptkashi, followed by an evening market walk and leisure time for personal exploration or shopping.
At around 09:00 PM, enjoy a warm dinner at the hotel and take rest for a comfortable overnight stay in preparation for your Kedarnath darshan the next day.
Day 2
Kedarnath Darshan by Helicopter & Return
The day begins early with checkout and reporting at the assigned helipad (Sersi / Phata / Guptkashi) between 06:00 AM to 07:00 AM. After security checks and a flight briefing, you will board the helicopter for the sacred journey to Kedarnath.
The helicopter flight to Kedarnath (5–7 minutes) offers a spectacular aerial view of the Himalayan valleys. On arrival at the Kedarnath Helipad, you will be escorted for VIP-assisted Kedarnath Temple Darshan, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The darshan process, including walking time and queue management, takes approximately 2 hours.
During your visit, you may also opt to visit the sacred Bhairavnath Temple (subject to time and weather conditions).
After darshan, the return helicopter shuttle departs between 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM, bringing you back to your base helipad. Upon arrival, you will enjoy freshening up and lunch at the base location between 12:30 PM – 01:30 PM.
Post lunch, you will begin your return road journey to Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun between 01:30 PM – 07:00 PM. On arrival, you will be dropped off at your respective location. The Kedarnath Helicopter Yatra successfully concludes with divine blessings.
