Your auspicious journey begins in Haridwar, followed by a scenic 8-9 hour drive to your chosen base destination—Guptakashi, Phata, Sitapur, Sonprayag, or Gaurikund—where you'll stay for 2 nights. This overnight rest is essential to prepare for the challenging 18 km (one-way) trek to the sacred Kedarnath Temple, which begins early the next morning (Day 2). With this well-planned itinerary, your journey to Lord Shiva’s abode becomes both manageable and deeply memorable.
