Kedarnath From Dehradun

Route: Dehradun Airport – Rishikesh – Devprayag – Rudraprayag - Gupthkashi

(Optional: Kartik Swami Temple)

After breakfast, drive from Dehradun towards Rishikesh and visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Parmarth Niketan, and Trayambakeshwar Temple. If time permits, visit Neelkanth Mahadev Temple. Continue to Devprayag to witness the holy Sangam of Bhagirathi & Alaknanda and visit Raghunathji Temple. Proceed to Rudraprayag to see the confluence of Alaknanda & Mandakini.

Optional: Detour to Kartik Swami Temple for a short trek and panoramic Himalayan views.

Later, drive to Guptkashi and, if time allows, visit Ardhanarishwar Temple before checking in for an overnight stay.

Guptkashi - Phata/Sersi (Drive – 1hr) Phata/Sersi – Kedarnath (Helicopter)

Sonprayag – Gaurikund (Local Jeep – 6 Km)

Gaurikund - Kedarnath (17 Km - Trek)

The Trek for Kedarnath Ji starts from Gaurikund & Sonprayag and is the one-stop before Gaurikund at a distance of 06 km. Private Vehicles are allowed only till Sonprayag. The Pilgrims need to hire a local vehicle from Sonprayag to Gaurikund. Upon arrival, start your journey on the zigzag and well-laid trail to Kedarnath. You can avail the services of a pony/palki/palanquin. Helicopter services are also available for Kedarnath from the different helipads. The vehicle will drop off at the respective helipad from where the ride is booked. On arrival, proceed to the holy Darshan of Kedarnath Temple. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.

Sonprayag – Guptkashi (Drive - 1 hr)

Commence trek back early for Gaurikund to reach on time. Upon arrival at Gaurikund, hire the local jeep back for Sonprayag. Later, proceed to your booked hotel & on arrival, check in at the hotel, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

If a helicopter ticket is booked, then report at the time to fly back to Sersi/ Phata

After breakfast, depart from Guptkashi and drive through the peaceful Himalayan routes. You may take a brief detour to Kalimath to visit the sacred Kali Mata Temple. Continue towards Rudraprayag and Devprayag, stopping at the revered Dhari Devi Temple en route. Proceed to Rishikesh and visit Lakshman Jhula, Tera Manzil Temple, or enjoy a quiet stroll at Parmarth Niketan Ashram. If time permits, explore the tranquil Vashishtha Cave near Shivpuri. After dropping you off at your destination, the tour concludes with wonderful memories.
