Itinerary (Day Wise)

Begin your sacred 6-day Kedarnath-Badrinath Yatra from Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun with a scenic drive to Guptkashi. Trek or fly to Kedarnath for divine darshan of Lord Shiva, then return and journey onward to Badrinath, the abode of Lord Vishnu. Experience serene Himalayan landscapes, holy river confluences, and powerful spiritual energy at both Dhams. The yatra ends with your return via Rudraprayag/Srinagar, leaving you refreshed, blessed, and transformed.

Day 1

Haridwar - Guptkashi

Depart from Haridwar and stop at Triveni Ghat, Parmarth Niketan, Chaurasi Kutiya, and Neelkanth Mahadev. Continue to Devprayag for Sangam (Bhagirathi–Alaknanda) and visit Raghunathji Temple. Drive through Rudraprayag, visiting Tilwara Viewpoint and Agyasmuni Temple, finally reaching Tilwara/Guptkashi.

Day 2

Guptkashi - Phata/Sersi - Kedarnath (via helicopter or trek)

Drive to Phata/Sersi helipad for a helicopter to Kedarnath, enjoying aerial views of Kedar Valley.

OR

Drive to Sonprayag, take a local jeep to Gaurikund, and begin a 17 km trek to Kedarnath. Attend Evening Aarti and night halt at Kedarnath/Gaurikund.

Early morning Kedarnath Temple Darshan. Return by helicopter or trek back to Gaurikund and reach Sonprayag – Guptkashi. Optional visit to Triyuginarayan Temple, known as the wedding site of Lord Shiva & Goddess Parvati.

Guptkashi - Joshimath

Start from Guptkashi with an optional visit to Kalimath Temple. Reach Rudraprayag for the Alaknanda–Mandakini Sangam. Continue to Karnaprayag (Pindar–Alaknanda confluence) and Nandprayag (Nandakini–Alaknanda confluence). Optionally divert to Urgam Valley and Kalpavriksha. Reach Joshimath, visiting Narsingh Temple and Shankaracharya Math.

Optional short trek to Vasudhara Falls. Drive toward Karanprayag, visiting Karna Temple, Bavil Village Viewpoint, and Gopeshwar Temple. Night halt at Rudraprayag.

Rudraprayag - Haridwar

Visit Dhari Devi Temple, then proceed to Devprayag Sangam (origin of the Ganga) and Raghunathji Temple. Continue to Rishikesh for optional sightseeing: Lakshman Jhula, Tera Manzil Temple, and Parmarth Niketan. Optional meditation stop at Vashistha Cave.


Reach Haridwar for Har Ki Pauri Ganga Aarti, marking the end of the journey.
