The Trek for Kedarnath Ji starts from Gaurikund & Sonprayag and is the one-stop before Gaurikund at a distance of 06 km. Private Vehicles are allowed only till Sonprayag. The Pilgrims need to hire a local vehicle from Sonprayag to Gaurikund. Upon arrival, start your journey on the zigzag and well-laid trail to Kedarnath. You can avail the services of a pony/palki/palanquin. Helicopter services are also available for Kedarnath from the different helipads. The vehicle will drop off at the respective helipad from where the ride is booked. On arrival, proceed to the holy Darshan of Kedarnath Temple. Overnight stay at Kedarnath. (Breakfast included)
