Embark on a sacred 3-day journey to Gangotri Dham from Haridwar. On Day 1, drive through scenic Himalayan roads to Uttarkashi, a peaceful town by the Bhagirathi River. After darshan and exploring nearby spots like Harsil and Gangnani, return to Uttarkashi. On Day 3, travel back to Haridwar, completing a soulful and rejuvenating pilgrimage.

Day 1

Haridwar – Shiv Gufa – Radi Top – Uttarkashi (Approx. 90 Km)

Route: Haridwar – Chamba Road – Shiv Gufa – Radi Top – Uttarkashi


Stopover: Shiv Gufa (Naturally formed Shiva Cave)


After breakfast, begin your journey from Haridwar towards Uttarkashi. The route offers refreshing Himalayan views, winding hill roads, and peaceful forests. En route, take a spiritual break at Shiv Gufa, a naturally formed cave shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva at Mehargav. Continue driving to Uttarkashi. By afternoon, arrive in Uttarkashi, check into your hotel, and relax. The evening is free for local exploration—visit riverside areas, small markets, or simply unwind and enjoy the mountain air.

After early breakfast, drive from Uttarkashi towards Gangnani. En route, visit the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Continue to Gangnani Hot Spring (Rishikund) for a refreshing natural dip. Proceed to Harsil Valley, known for its deodar forests, apple orchards, and river views. If time permits, visit Mukhba Village, the winter home of Goddess Ganga. Continue to Gangotri Dham, take a holy dip in the Bhagirathi River, visit Surya Kund and the Submerged Shivling, and offer prayers at the temple. After darshan, drive back to Uttarkashi, enjoying scenic sunset views along the Bhagirathi. Reach by evening and rest at the hotel.

Near Rishikesh, you can take an optional detour to Kunjapuri Temple, a high-altitude Shakti Peeth offering stunning Himalayan and Doon Valley views. Continue towards Haridwar/Rishikesh for the final drop. The tour ends with beautiful memories of the Gangotri route and Himalayan landscapes.
