Start your Char Dham Yatra from Haridwar with a drive to Barkot, followed by a trek to Yamunotri from Jankichatti on Day 2. Continue to Uttarkashi and visit the sacred Gangotri Temple before heading toward Guptkashi. From there, proceed to Gaurikund and trek to the holy Kedarnath Temple. After darshan, return to Guptkashi and travel to Badrinath via scenic mountain routes. Visit the Badrinath Temple and nearby attractions before driving to Rudraprayag. Conclude your spiritual journey with a return drive to Haridwar on Day 10.
Day 1
Haridwar to Barkot (215 km / 6 hrs approx.)
Day 2
Barkot to Jankichatti (45 km) - Yamunotri (6 km trek one way) - Jankichatti to Barkot
After breakfast, we drive to Janki Chatti, the starting point for the 6-km trek to Yamunotri. Upon reaching the temple, we offer prayers and seek blessings from Goddess Yamuna. After spending time at this sacred site, we trek back to Janki Chatti and drive to Barkot for an overnight stay.
Day 3
Barkot to Uttarkashi (100 km / 4 hrs approx.)
We continue our journey towards Uttarkashi, a town known for its deep spiritual significance. After checking into the hotel, we visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple in the evening. The day ends with a peaceful overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4
Uttarkashi to Gangotri (100 km / 4 hrs approx.) - Gangotri to Uttarkashi
Early in the morning, we drive to Gangotri, where we take a holy dip in the sacred Ganges before offering prayers at the temple. After darshan, we return to Uttarkashi, where we spend the night at the hotel.
Day 5
Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (230 km / 9 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, we embark on a long yet scenic drive towards Guptkashi. On arrival, we check into the hotel and relax for the evening before an overnight stay.
Day 6
Guptkashi to Gaurikund (30 km / 45 min approx.) - Kedarnath (17 km trek one way)
We start the day with a drive to Gaurikund, from where the 17-km trek to Kedarnath begins. Pilgrims can choose to trek on foot or hire a pony, horse, or doli. Upon reaching Kedarnath, we visit the sacred temple and offer prayers before staying overnight at a hotel near the temple.
Day 7
Kedarnath to Guptkashi (120 km / 5 hrs approx.)
We wake up early to attend the morning aarti and abhishek at Kedarnath Temple. After seeking blessings, we trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Guptakashi. On arrival, we check into the hotel and rest for the night.
Day 8
Guptkashi to Badrinath (220 km / 8 hrs approx.)
Post breakfast, we drive towards Badrinath, one of the holiest sites in the Char Dham circuit. Upon arrival, we check into the hotel. In the evening, we attend the grand aarti at Badrinath Temple before staying overnight in the town.
Day 9
Badrinath to Rudraprayag (160 km / 6 hrs approx.)
We begin the day with darshan at the Badrinath Temple, followed by an optional visit to Mana Village, the last Indian village near the Indo-Tibetan border. Later, we drive to Rudraprayag, where we check into the hotel and relax for the evening.
Day 10
Rudraprayag - Haridwar (Drive -160 Km/06hr approx)
On the final day, we drive back to Haridwar, stopping in Rishikesh to visit iconic places like Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and Triveni Ghat. After exploring Rishikesh, we continue our journey to Haridwar, where the trip concludes with cherished memories of this sacred pilgrimage.
