Itinerary (Day Wise)

Begin your Char Dham Yatra from Haridwar, traveling first to Barkot, a peaceful stopover before starting your pilgrimage to Yamunotri, the origin of the Yamuna River. After paying respects at Yamunotri, continue to Uttarkashi, gateway to Gangotri, where you'll witness the holy Ganges in her majestic mountain form. After completing the Do Dham, the journey takes you toward Kedarnath, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas, reached via a scenic and spiritual trek. Post-Kedarnath darshan, move toward Badrinath, the final dham, where Lord Vishnu resides. On your way back, explore the confluences of the sacred rivers and spiritual sites. The journey concludes as you return to Haridwar, enriched with blessings, spiritual fulfillment, and Himalayan serenity.

Haridwar – Barkot (180 km / 6-7 hrs)

Drive through scenic Mussoorie to reach Barkot. Overnight stay.

Day 2

Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (45 km drive & 6 km trek one-way)

Early drive to Jankichatti, trek to Yamunotri Temple. Return to Barkot.

Day 3

Barkot – Uttarkashi (85 km / 4 hrs)

Drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overnight stay.

Day 4

Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km one-way)

Drive to Gangotri via Harsil valley, attend Ganga Aarti, return to Uttarkashi.

Day 5

Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (220 km / 9–10 hrs)

Long scenic drive to Guptkashi. Overnight stay.

Day 6

Guptkashi – Gaurikund – Kedarnath (30 km drive + 16 km trek)

Early morning leave for Gaurikund, trek or pony/doli to Kedarnath. Stay near temple (GMVN camp/hotel).

Day 7

Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Guptkashi

Return trek to Gaurikund, drive back to Guptkashi. Overnight stay.

Day 8

Guptkashi – Badrinath (185 km / 8 hrs)

Drive via Joshimath to Badrinath. Visit temple & Mana village.

Day 9

Badrinath – Rudraprayag (160 km / 6-7 hrs)

Morning darshan, then proceed to Rudraprayag for overnight stay.
